Shoulder pain: causes and exercises to fix it

by marusia

If you do monotonous physical work or sports that put a lot of stress on your shoulders, over time this can have a negative effect on your joints.

Therefore, it is worth strengthening the muscles of the rotator cuff, which surround the shoulder joint and shoulder blades and provide stability to this complex.

Shoulder pain is a common problem that can occur for various reasons: from injuries and overexertion to age-related changes and inflammatory processes. To prepare your shoulders for stress, you need to train them regularly.

Lie on your back, move your arm away from the body so that the shoulder is perpendicular to the body, and the arm is bent at the elbow at a right angle. Place your forearm on the floor.

From this position, rotate the shoulder so that the forearm comes out vertical. Return to the starting position and repeat.
