Depending on the volume of repair and construction work, the customer has the right to choose materials for their conduct, but the professional advice, of course, will not interfere with him. Who knows better builders how many tiles and other components are needed for a certain type of repair or construction? Therefore, the customer provides the right to the contractor to choose materials, but with his consent. In this case, the cost of materials and their delivery to the place of construction or repair should be negotiated.
