There are frequent cases when, after moving to a country house, his owner begins to engage in agriculture. If the site is large, it becomes possible to independently grow grain and other crops in large volumes.

On farms, as well as at industrial facilities, special overload equipment is used. It may be needed for loading or unloading the crop, as well as in the repair of equipment and large machines. In this case, the taps with a high carrying capacity are used. A typical example of reliable reloading equipment is the bridge crane. It can be of different types that differ from each other by the number of beams, the principle of operation, and carrying capacity. The principle of operation of such a crane is based on the movement of the main structure in special beams – their number can vary from one to eight or more. The level of loading capacity depends on the number of beams.

Crane wheels and their number directly affect the speed of work, as well as the uniform distribution of weight of the cargo throughout the structure. The more crane wheels, the less the load on each of them will be. When choosing a two -point bridge crane, it is worth considering the total mass of the entire structure and the number of crane wheels – on this the working indicators of the equipment will depend.

Such a technique is used in warehouses – for quick and reliable loading or unloading of bulk cargo, equipment or equipment. Choosing a bridge crane, you will need to decide on the type of device that captures the load. It can be a hook, magnet, graph or traverse. Moving the exciting device in some trim levels of bridge cranes can be implemented along the main bridge. In simpler versions, such a device is motionless, only the bridge remains mobile – it will move along the crane tracks.

In more complex types of bridge cranes, special automated systems are installed that ensure the reliability of the lifting and transportation of cargo. Such systems are electricians and telfer, which can be remotely controlled using a radio panel or relay-contact device mounted in the design of the crane.

The carrying capacity of the bridge cranes can reach 1000 tons. Due to this, such a technique is widely used in factories, large factories. It is also used in a depot or on railway terminals – for quick and reliable unloading of goods or various bulk building materials.
