Coordination of air conditioners

Since the external blocks of air conditioners can change the architectural type of facades, they must be approved for their installation in KGA. If the installation of air conditioners is carried out on buildings that are objects of cultural and historical heritage (architectural monuments) may be required to agree on KGIOP. It is necessary to place air conditioners in accordance with Decree N 1135 of the Government of St. Petersburg, which states that air conditioners are attributed to additional equipment of facades. Decree N 1135 regulates the procedure for preparing documents and agreements on the placement of air conditioners on the facades of buildings. The lack of approval of the air conditioner on the facade is a significant restriction. Permission to carry out the installation of the air conditioner is carried out with reference to a specific place on the facade and depends on the architecture of the building. KGA and KGIOP regulations for the preparation of documents and the installation of additional equipment of the facades are applied without fail. A document that allows the installation of the air conditioner is a task for placing. It is advisable to coordinate air conditioners before the installation of external blocks, since it will be possible to immediately begin to decide on the right place of installation and get all the necessary permits much faster. From a technical and architectural point of view, it is important to choose the right installation site. At the end of the approval of the air conditioner at the actual location, you can get a positive decision of the KGA. Coordination must begin before the use of administrative measures for placing the air conditioner on the facade without permission. If there is a permit for the installation of the air conditioner, its owner can avoid administrative procedures and various complications with neighbors.
