In it, the first floor is no different from the usual structure, but on the second there is a summer room with a panoramic view of the sky. The creators say that a particularly beautiful picture is observed with rain, when drops are symmetrically flow over the entire surface of the roof.
The model of the new house is patented and for its construction it will be necessary to pay designers. In addition, the same polyurethane from which the main element of the structure was created can only be bought in Sweden. Despite all the difficulties, several Russian businessmen have already begun to build such new buildings in the near Moscow Region.
The plans of Swedish designers have several more creations from polyurethane. At the same exhibition, a model of the house was presented in which the basement is on top of water. Such a creation is planned to be realized until the next exhibition of architectural innovations.
