Wet plaster insulation of facades

by eco-economic

It has long been known that the problem of heat loss is relevant for most residential buildings, and if you believe professors who claim that about 40 % of heat is lost through non -insulated external walls. Based on this, we can conclude that half of the energy resources that are spent for heating go away not where or rather to the street. And it becomes clear what in recent years more and more attention is paid to the insulation of the facades.

In the language of professionals, wet stucco insulation of facades is sometimes called “fastened thermal insulation”. But by and large, absolutely everything is even, how and where this method is called, the main thing is that this method is quite effective, and environmentally friendly materials are used when using it.

Advantages of wet plastering thermal insulation of facades

1. The required heat transfer resistance in all types of enclosing structures is ensured.

2. This option is good for almost all houses made from various building materials.

3. Heat is accumulated in the enclosing structure during the transition through 0 ° C.

4. With panel (frame) housing construction, there is no problem of protecting interpanel sutures.

5.Sound insulation improves.

6. It becomes possible to make external walls thinner, while saving inland area.

7. Technology is quite economical in terms of financial costs.

8. The design has a minimum weight, while it does not create additional loads on the basis of the building.

9. The original type of building is preserved, while it looks like a new.

10. The technology has a long period of operation without repair

Technology for insulation of facades with wet plaster

What is this technology? Yes, nothing complicated, simply applied to the facade of the building, and after that, layers of the system are fastened to each other. For the manufacture of the heat -insulating layer, the following materials are used:

1. Primer. Its main goal is to strengthen the wall (base) and ensure adhesion with another layer of facade insulation.

2. A layer of insulation. Polostyrol or mineral wool are often used. The insulation is glued to the wall with a special special adhesive composition for heat -insulating plates, after which the material with a plate head is additionally fixed on the wall on the wall.

A reinforcing solution is applied to such a layer. After which this layer will be used to apply external layers.
