The All-Union Institute of Hydromekhanization of Sanitary, Technical and Special Construction Work (VNIIIGS) has developed a system of auto regulation of the dredger work according to four parameters: the consistency of the pulp, water consumption, vacuum and loading for the looting. Testing of an automated experimental dredger showed that the introduction of automated dredger control increases its performance by an average of 25%; Automation devices operate reliably, the life of the main equipment of the dredger increases. The institute proposed, developed and proven in production conditions a new method of compensation for pressure using Confusor and diffuser. Automatic regulation system (SAR) of dredgers is also developed by VNIINERUD. The prototype of the SAR was mounted on the dredger of the M-610 type DZ-650. SAR allows you to increase the average value of the pulp consistency by 4-6% and the productivity of the dredger by soil by 14-17%.
