Analysis of the work indicators of the designed automated brick factory allows us to conclude that the mechanization of all operations (especially loading and unloading) will lead, along with the elimination of heavy manual labor to a sharp decrease in labor costs. The design of the set of equipment should be carried out for the plant, the work of which is based on the following basic principles: in terms of production technology: the presence of clay storage, through which all clay entering the processing passes; plastic method of mass processing; the introduction of fuel into the shiht; vaporization and vacuuming mass; The combined process of drying and firing brick in one thermal unit. In the part of the organization of the production process: the mechanization of all transport and loading and unloading operations; the issuance of finished bricks in the form of packages that do not require additional shifts up to the workplace of the mason; distance control of the operation of all machines and mechanisms; automatic maintenance of the main parameters of the technological process within the specified limits; automatic shutdown of individual units when detecting stable deviations from a given regime in their operation; unity system of blocking, alarm and communication, providing operational management of the plant from one post.

The quarry has been working for 6-7 months in two shifts. Career equipment should be selected depending on local conditions and quarry binding to the plant. As the main option, the production of clay should be taken with a single -bucket excavator with a bucket capacity from 0.5 to 1 m3. The transportation of clay depending on the distance can be carried out by conveyors (at distances up to 250 m), trains from heavy trolleys from. motorized or electric traction (at distances up to 2 km) or carbon fuss (at distances over 2 km). The best type of loading and unloading machine in the clay depository should be recognized as a machine type of multi-bucket excavator mounted on a bridge tap.
