How to draw up a contract with a contractor correctly?

So what information should contain a contract?

For example: in what cases the period of work or its value can be changed, about the methodology of signing intermediate acts of the work performed, whether the contractor will export construction garbage, at what time to correct small shortcomings in case of their detection, what sanctions are imposed on the contractor in the event of a breakdown of the planned terms of work and t.D.

– Warranty for work performed. This paragraph shall indicate the procedure and terms during which the contractor must carry out warranty repairs at his own expense if this case is associated with poor -quality execution by the contractor of his obligations.

– The procedure for resolving disputes. All disputes must be settled through negotiations, otherwise it should be considered in court.

– Details. For the customer – name, series and passport number, address of residence and machinations, contact phone number.
