Synchronization of rotation of shafts with imbalances is provided by four pairs of conical gears, and the drive is carried out using two electric motors located symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis. The above schemes are far from exhausted by all possible options for the device of double -acting vibration loaders. Of great interest are schemes that allow you to create universal vibro loaders that can work in different ways of vibrations. There are also several such schemes. One of them is the simplest, the basis of the design of a powerful experimental vibro loader, developed under the leadership of the authors and called the airborne. This scheme allows you to create a design of a vibration loader, which, by simple rearrangements of debans, can be configured on any of the following fluctuations: pure rotational, longitudinal-distinguishing phase between the longitudinal force and the twisting pair (screw), longitudinal-distortion with a shift of the specified phase for 90 ° (double) and pure longitudinal. There is also the opportunity to configure the vibration loader to double vibrations of several types that differ in the value of the amplitude of the longitudinal component of oscillations to the linear amplitude of the rotational component of the oscillations.
