Features and installation of aluminum window systems

Any work is preceded by a preparatory stage, it is also worth acting by installing aluminum structures. In matters of installing windows, it consists in dismantling the old window systems and preparing openings for installing new. To avoid the deflection of window frames, it is necessary to prepare a groove in a window opening in 1 \\ 4 frames, it must also be thoroughly set in all directions and fixed with wooden wedges. The final fixation is made by dowel – with nails through anchor plates.
With particular caution, it is necessary to relate to the process of filling with mounting foam. This should be done in two stages, the gap between them should be at least 2 hours. With repeated filling with foam, spacer wedges are removed, and the cavities are left, they are soldered. Foam is applied strictly from below to the top and not too intense. It is recommended to use a gun for mounting foam.
After 4 hours of excess foam should be removed. After that, the seam is additionally glued with butyle tape. This is done for additional protection of the seam from water vapor.
At the final stage of the work, double -glazed windows, mounting window sills, slopes, as well as setting window fittings are installed. Expanses are installed on the outside.
