Modern wood and plastic windows
A few decades ago, the windows were made only from a wooden beam, with a spike joint. Frames required constant care, coloring, seasonal cleaning. Later, windows from two frame blocks began to produce, in which the old traditions of glazing remained. The frames of such windows were fastened with special screws, but they themselves were made according to the old principle using spikes. Modern plastic windows have sealed joints with an inserted double -glazed window containing from two to several sheets of glass.
The installation of PVC windows is no longer uncommon, and many firms specialize in the installation of plastic profiles. Most firms receive a finished profile and make windows of the desired size, usually according to the standard of the double -glazed window. Mostly companies install profiles from Montblanc Termo, Que, Deceuninck Zendow, these are well -known companies producing high -quality and environmentally friendly products. All products must comply with GOST 30674-99 for window blocks from PVC.
Along with plastic windows, wooden, made using modern technologies using glued bars having a different direction of fibers, entered the market. Such windows are called Norwegian or Finnish. They are quite expensive due to complex manufacturing technology. The tree for products is selected without flaws, special drying and processing of workpieces is performed. Due to processing, the tree becomes non -combustible, repels moisture, while maintaining its main aesthetic and thermal insulation qualities. A double -glazed window is installed in wooden frames.
